Lets say I've got my site designed and now I'm wanting to optimize it for search engines. I've done my research and know which keywords are the most popular for my site niche. Do I simply place the keywords in the Meta tags or is it best to stratigically place the popular keywords in my content. Now I'm not talking about spamming keywords in the content all over the place...just here and there so that it flows nicely with the content subject, etc.
