    Lucky number "4" domain names

What is it with the "4" domain names? Has forum-boss chris started a trend?

    http://www.4lawschool.com/
    http://www.4law.net/

I assume the attraction is that it is a homonym for "for".

I was a bit skeptical when I first saw it being used because for Chinese the number 4 is very bad luck, including multi-story buildings not have a floor numbered "'4" and no house number being "4".

Why? Because in the Japanese and Chinese languages, four sounds just like the word for death, shi, and it's been avoided for untold ages as an "unlucky number,

A taxi company in Shanghai in China has banned cabs with number plates ending in the number four from carrying students who are about to sit exams.
Anyway it seems to be working ok on the Internet so maybe I should grab a few "4" domain names before they are all gone

yup. Alphabetical order, shortest way possible to turn something generic into something unique, and it reads like "for"
