Probably about $0.10 to $0.30 ?? If there's any such thing as a normalish keyword

Really? That low? On overture at least, I don't recall seeing a bid for less than 10 cents?
Actually, maybe there's a set minimum bid of $0.10 on overture?
It does seem pretty low...
How about a high keyword, such as web hosting? Surely nearer the $1 mark?
Thanks,
Mike

From my own experiences, my adsence earnings seem to concur more with Overture. But then, I may just have a good batch of ads.
I would say for webhosting in particular, the average would be much closer to $1.
Didn't know you could check the PPC prices with not being a member...
Anyway, I did and "web hosting" came up at about $0.64. Not as good as adsense, but still quite impressive.

top web hosting one on overture is like $18 or something
Shame they don't offer a PPC program for publishers then

Searchfeed is a smaller company, their rates won't be as good.
What is good about them though is that their program is different from other programs.
You host the search results on your site and you can link to them pretty much any way you want (which allows you to do in-context linking that can't be done with Google.)
How old are they? Are they growing rapidly? Can we expect their rates to increase accordingly?
So say if you were writing a review on something, you could include one of the advertisers in the text and it would be ok?Originally posted by Chris

For example, say if websitepublisher was with them, and I had an article on webmaster sites, would this be ok?

Well I've justed applied to Search Feed and am waiting for my application to be approved.
I plan on adding single word text links like Chris has to the bottom of the articles on my site which will be about all aspects of web design. I plan on adding a section about web hosting, so hopefully (fingers crossed) the links will perform well for me.
Fingers crossed I get approved too

You can't link to an advertiser directly -- you can link to search result sets only.
Ah ok. Thanks.
