Hello,
www.elect08.com is getting hits and vistors but im looking for an overal critigue of the site.

Things i know already
1. Design is not that good since the link pages are not in sequence with the main page.

With that being said i welcome all feedback and opinions

I also welcome anyone who has links to phpnuke module creator sites. Where i can learn how to create individual ones.

It is a bid red, makes the text hard to read (but the site does stand out for it!). Can you make the main text area easier on the eye?

Yeah, I'd carry the white background down through the main body text as well.

Also, any transparent gifs that are going on a red background should be made on a red background - some gifs there on red have white residue around the edges.
