So do you just concentrate on Yahoo and MSN and forget about Google?

Some people, such as myself, just don't get put in the "sandbox".

I made a site a few days before I left on vacation, its now earning me about $10 a day with mostly Google referrals.

Some people, such as myself, might be in the "sandbox" but also may just not give a crap about it and focus on making the site and pages good and well-optimized so that they can get good traffic from other sources now, and even more when the sandbox spits them back out.

    $I've made 11.51 this quarter. I am a super-affiliate.

Chris, on a datafeed site? Your referals are probably on uncompetative very specific terms, such as makes and models? Probably wouldn't be sandboxed anyway.

My Zone Diet site that I made months ago looks well and truley in some kind of "sandbox". Granted, it has low PR. But on previous experience I think it should be listed on Google *somewhere* in the first 200 ranks for "zone diet".

I know the TopCat (the user here) is in the same situation, with a few sites just not getting listed, one of which is over 6 months old.

I can add pages for competitive terms on an existing site and it will get ranked within 48hrs.

I dunno whether the sandbox exists or not. Like James, I don't really care anymore. But let's face it - for everyone to go on about the so called sandbox so much and for so long probably means there's something like that in place.

Weird. I can get a site indexed and ranking without really trying, and I'm hardly a power-user. The Co-Op helps a lot, though.

Chromate, my main site is blank at the moment (well, until I remake it), so if you'd like a link to your diet page with 'the zone diet' as anchor, PM me.

No, in fact a site that was banned by google just recently became unbanned... No idea what caused the ban or unban but it's nice

I've build sites and gotten a lot of traffic from Google in a couple of weeks, but one site I've been working on for 6 monthes still gets very little traffic from Google. Now I just worry about content and let the traffic take care of itselve. If you have any sites that have been up for years, they will get lots of search engine traffic.

Google referrals? Never heard of Google having a referral program.
