Neither, you are always better off getting your own VPS. Setting up your hosting little hosting server. Reeling from a main company you will always be subject to having website packages oversubscribed. Server limitations are placed there due to the sheer bulk that they sell. If you want to provide quality hosting you will need to do it on your own.

This will take some technical know-how but the payoff for it is great as you will be able to sell Gigs much cheaper and have servers with better resources than most, as most others are just shared in some form or another.
