    DIY Window Louvers

So, once again I want a mod for my car and they don't make it so I will be making my own.
I want rear window louvers for my GTP. I made a template of the rear windows. Perfect fit. I used cardboard, layered to make the part.

I am not sure how I am going to pull this off. I was thinking of making it from foam and then get it 3D scanned and then printed. Ideas are welcome in this area...
I will upload more pix as I work on it.

It's always great to see people taking matters into their own hands regarding mods! Rear window louvers would be a great addition to your GTP. Making a template from cardboard is a great start. Have you considered using fiberglass or carbon fiber material? It would be strong, lightweight, and durable. Also, consider getting sunshades from snapshades.com. Whatever you do, I'm sure it'll turn out great. Keep us updated on your progress!
