increasing page rank

What’s the best way to get more incoming links to increase page rank?

I am going to start submitting my articles into zeal and also dmoz. That’s one thing.

What are the other things I can do?

Should I create a links page? Is it worth it compared to the fact it will perhaps weaken my page rank linking out to sites?

Build a site with alot of content, and have alot of internal links...

Try asking for link exchanges with simial content sites, that have high PR...

A categorized directory of outgoing links like I think you have will limit the amount of PR sent to other sites by outnumbering external links with internal ones.
