Why buy stanchions if you can rent them in stanchions in Canada. I rented some stanchions when I had a small gathering. I put them at the entrance of the event. It is a very good crowd control instrument. Many people came to the event, and it helped to control the queue at the entrance, so it didn't transform into a mess. I also installed them in other places where the event was helpful. It helped restrict the people's access to the restricted areas, so they don't get into them accidentally.
