How to Create a Proxy?

Is it possible for a average person to create a few proxies? And will the proxy be able to speed up connection rate!?

Create a proxy server in the administrative console by clicking Servers > Server Types > WebSphere proxy servers > New. Select the node on which you want the proxy server to reside. Enter a name for the new proxy server and click Next. The supported protocols HTTP and SIP are selected for you. But it is easy to make mistakes while creating a proxy, and sometimes it can have a lot of issues, so this is why I also buy the proxies I am using. For example, I bought some Malaysia proxies, which were easier and more qualitative than creating them by myself.
