I can suggest to you some web design for small business. I used such services a year ago for my forum for people with German Shepherd. Web design is an expensive thing, but I didn't want something sophisticated for my website, and especially pay a lot of money for it. I have found a company that makes web designs for small companies at a low price, and even though I didn't pay a lot of money, I a very satisfied with the final result. The design is minimalistic, and the colors palette of the site looks great.
