Mod_rewrite rules generator

If you've never seen an mod_rewrite probably yes, once you get
the idea of backreferences it is pretty limited IMHO.

None the less, i'm sure it helps in learning mod_rewrite.

indeed, well I found it useful. Would have answered a lot of the questions I always see about mod_rewrite. It does everything I would want it to do.
