Good website promotion companies?

I work for a company that is looking for a website promotion organization that specializes in site submission, etc. We know there are many out there, but we want to know which ones are best in quality, cost, and service. Can I get everyone's idea/advice as to what companies out there are best for website promotion?

Or better yet, provide links to web sites that rate/rank/review such site promotion companies. Thanks.

You shouldn't hire someone for submission -- do that yourself.

SEO is a different matter, but just submissions should not be bought and should not be charged for.

I'm looking for companies that do SEO and/or submissions and paid inclusions.

We don't want to submit our site to 40+ search engines every month. We want to pay someone else to do it.

Can anyone provide information regarding this?

2. You don't need to submit monthly.
