When is the next Google update going to happen? Anyone got any ideas?
It consistently updates; but ones are usually done whenever a search competitor releases something that could take a little bit of their mass of traffic and they want to increase the index. If you mean PR update, no. But there was one not too long ago so there shouldn't be one for a little bit; you shouldn't pay much attention to what it shows on the toolbar and such anyways, as Google has an internal PR and the outer is usually pretty old.
yea, i know, but I was wondering when the big one is coming, the one that either breaks or makes a lot of people, the update when people start complaining. When was the last one?
If I were to guess, I would say another month - 6 weeks. Last one was on New Year's Day.
Last PR update was indeed around New Year's. http://www.rankpulse.com/ gives a good indicator of Google fluctuations... ...none really since late Nov.
i just ask because I need to get my new site out, one I am in the process of making.
