How to research info about a website?

Hi,

Does anyone know how I could research a website? I'd like to know when a website is created, rank, popularity, and its daily traffic etc. Is there a website that provides this service?

www.alexa.com will supply some of that info, but its not that accurate.

For some reason Alexa thins my new (still coming soon) business site is about boarding kennels, so yes, not that accurate

to find out when a site was created, or rather the domain was registered use whois.net or a comparable service. Alexa can be used, but it is highly inaccurate.
