    Monopoly - Public Domain?

    Is monopoly in the public domain?

    I'm wanting to get a multiplayer online version made for me, so I want to find out if it's in the public domain. It's confusing me if it is or not... Theres similar games, like Anti-Monopoly, which were sued but won against Hasbro in the 80's, so that shows in my favour, but is it or isn't it in the public domain?
