I won't comment on the design, but I will say that a lot of the english you use is incorrect. You have several misspelled words, a few run-ons, and a couple fragments.

From a design perspective, I think you may have devoted too much space to the animated logo (I'm guilty of that on my signature website...the girl gets too much attention). If you can shrink it and throw it in the corner to the left of the menu or maybe leave it only on the home page you would put more fucus on the text. Also, the text would spread out and most information you want the user to see would be above the natural page-break (the imaginary line at the bottom of the page that the user can see everything above without scrolling...all important info belongs above the natural page break). Besides that, I like the color scheme and contemporary feel...

I dislike the orange color; the rest is good.

Interesting; Google's translator for Japanese translates Chinese better than the Chinese Google translator...

For the lazy, Apple said something along the lines of:
I am the Chinese. Thank you for your proposition, I amend the error [word that didn't translate] with utmost effort.

He said that he's chinese and he thanked me for my comment. Then he said he would try his hardest to revise his errors.
