UK Outlaw SPAM

The UK have outlawed spam with a fine of up to £5000 (about $8000) for spammers.

This follows Italys massive fines of up to (equivalent of) $97,500 per email per email address. The larger spammers if based in Italy could easily face hundreds of billions of dollars in fines.
