Whats the best linking strategy

I made a announcement on the top of the page.

What would be the best?

As it is currently:

Support Wannabebig, and purchase your Bodybuilding supplements through our sister company, At Large Nutrition

OR

Support Wannabebig, and purchase your bodybuilding supplements through our sister company, At Large Nutrition

Obviously the latter is a more keyword rich link, but will it make much difference?

I will also be having a partners section on the main page at which i will link to this page (not finished yet) www.wannabebig.com/atlarge.php

What text should I use to link to that?

I would have thought that the one above^ would be best if your targetting "bodybuilding supplements" for At Large Nutrition.

You could try this as well, if you want to build At Large Nutrition's rank up a little:

Then again I'm no seo expert, so someone would have to confirm that

Yeah, I thought that, but I didn't want to put 2 links in the same sentence to the same place under different linking names if you understand me

also I was thinking sports supplements would be a good term to try and rank high on and its more relevant that bb supplements but bb supplements is much more searched for. I guess I will target that keyword online, but offline to more general phrase type of marketing.

No point targetting sports supplements if its not going to bring me anywhere as much traffic as bb supps.,
