phpBB : Unable to post

So today 486 people jumped on my board, and as a result nobody is now able to post. can read just fine, but when you post it says "unable to post posting to quickly" (quick edited quote of error)

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a table that stores last post that I can empty to resolve this?
