According to Majestic SEO, Trust Flow is a score between 0 and 100 based on a website’s quality.

When creating this metric, Majestic manually scoured websites and collated a (secret) list of trusted “seed sites.” These “seed sites” form the foundation for TF, and the closer a website is linked to a seed site, the higher its TF score will be.According to Majestic, Topical Trust Flow “shows the relative influence of a web page, subdomain or root domain in any given topic or category.”

    TRUST FLOW
This metric examines how reliable a website is by measuring its quality. Quality is the key data of this metric. If a link pointing to your site is authentic and qualitative, then your trust flow increases. A good trust flow is more difficult to get compared to a citation flow, hence the Citation flow will always get higher than the trust flow because there are lots of links but not all are relevant.

Trust Flow (TF) is similar to Domain Authority (DA), but it’s developed by a different company named Majestic. It states the overall Trust of a domain that Google holds for that particular domain from 0-100.
