Don't bother. There are tons of traffic scammers out there. If they are even sending you real traffic it will be untargetted made up mostly of non-US traffic that can't even read english.

If he was serious he would have a proper website, and advertise properly, not making random posts in forums.
Buying targetted traffic can help but you will get a better return on carefully placed targetted advertising.
$5.00 is a safe gamble, but without website, and or further information it stinks of "I need $5.00"
It says page views, so its doesn't even say uniques so it could be one person refreshing your page 20,000 times.
At best he has a program to hit your stie that many times. At worst he will just take and run.
Go buy a bag of chips with that $5 -- you'll get more.

haha .... nice one cutter. But honestly 20,000 page views for $5.00 is a good deal if its LEGIT. If the poster doesnt bother to come back and clarify hes either a scammer or a spammer, both mean dont deal with him.
