    If you are using blogger, it is done automatically be the system OR your host server. Any impression through through google is counted as a page view. So, when you post, blogger has a look at what your have published. If you have enabled auto share on Google+, then it is Google+ who gives you a page view. Since Google sees your page from USA, you get a page view from USA.
