That guide is written by Card Service International. The agents for that company tend to be scummier then most (although many are reputable as well). One thing they don't tell you is all of their software and equipment is proprietary so if you try to leave them they are virtually useless to you. Their rates tend to suck pretty bad as well. Generally speaking, avoid them if you can.
