The following reasons your site are not crawled by google there are the site are blocked with robot.txt, you have an crawl error,lots of duplicate content,site blocked by .htaccess,site no index in the meta tag,you got a deindexed,turn on your privacy settings.
May be penalized your site by search engine due to duplicate uses of content, image or structure of sites. so Try to fix them and then make robot.txt file and upload then fetch your URL through webmaster tool and do search engine submission.
you can submit your site through Google webmaster and fetch the website. If you done it already you can check the website content whether the it is unique or copied and you can also check the robots whether you can block the page or not.
May be because of Website spamming or your doing over does off-page activities for your website.
