    How can you definitely tell its going to be a Pr8? Do you have an agreement with google, you cant definitely know it is going to be a PR8. I wish I could tell the future

    Based on history and published papers, people have calculated Google's algo and can estimate the future PR of a page based on backlinks' PRs.
