How to move vBulletin forum to different host

I need to move a vBulletin forum between hosts.
Do you know of any good step-by-step tutorial how to do that?

After you move it redirect your old place to the new place via IP address, that way the people who haven't had DNS Update yet can still use it.

Otherwise it should be as simple as moving the files and doing a mysql dump
