Depends entirely on the expected return you think you will earn from each click.

    To clarify my question:

How much would you like to be paid for a click on your content sites on average? What is your target average click price?

Depends on the site and the return per click. If it was a debt site about $1.50 I would pay, if it was a games site $0.001

So you are happy with 1c for 10 clicks on your games sites?

I think it all depends on the topic. $1 is probably about average...
Don't you just love free internet games ?

    It depends on CTR.

What I care about is effective CPM. If I'm making 10 cents a click but making an effective CPM of $10 I'll be happier than if I'm making $1 per click but making an effective CPM of $1.

Exactly. Who cares if 1 click generates $10 if you only get one a month? My clicks are pretty low, but I get a decent CTR so it works out.

I agree. Let me change my question then.
What is the minimum CPM payout you are happy with?

Again it depends on the site, but for a general one $0.50 and above, but I would prefer to get over $1.00 cpm on skys and leaders.

A "general site" and you wouldn't be happy with anything below $0.50? I think that's wishful thinking

Most people would like alot per click, infact the more the better.

But then it can be a bad thing as the more someone offers per click, the less profit they will make and the more chance that they will go Bankcrupt. This will then mean that the affiliate will end up not getting paid what they had earnt.
