    Update brings new changes

Pages called 'links.tld' are now showing in back links and sites such as TheFreeSite.com which were blocked from passing on PR only seem to be blocked on the homepage now, also NewScientist.com is fully passing on PR now and has been removed from BlockedPR.com. Interesting developments, sourced from WebProNews and WebmasterWorld.

tld is top level domain, .net, .com, etc.

The part after the period in a filename is the extension.

I dislike the look of webmaster world, but it has more members than any other forum for us web-devs...

WebProNews is actually quite good now, but it takes an attractive subject field for me not just to throw it away with the spam.

Webmaster world is like a stadium full of people when the lights go out. Sure its busy, but most of the people are stumbling around.

lol. Incka, so many of your posts tell us what you think Chris should or shouldn't be doing

Just to further Chris' analogy... once the lights do go out, it would seem it's that much harder to find the light switch again. ie, don't get caught up in the webmaster world jungle, because you may never find your way out!

    I do the same .

I've visited WBM for a few weeks but unless you have access to the members forum it's pretty useless. The best info comes from this forum and only a handfull of other decent free websites/blogs.

Does anyone read www.seobook.com ? A person with a site on some free hosting without a domain has a high pr8 site (the site has 20 pr8 pages) and he says it is just from reading that blog...
