but do i need a server do get a forum?because i don't got a server...i make them from other sites but i dont know which 1 i could get to make a forum!

I think you're confused about what a server is. A server is a computer that processes requests for HTML pages and other documents from a website. Your MSN emotions site, that is hosted on a server. What you'll need is PHP and MySQL installed on the server in order to run forum software such as phpBB, IPB, and vB.
