What are Privacy Policies, I see them on other sites but am not sure what they are.
In basic terms they're just a statement to site users setting out how their privacy will be protected and respected. On larger sites they can get quite legal and almost disclaimer like.
You need one to get into fastclick I think...

I just put that the site doesn't collect personal info, and only collects basic information through web-stat programs.
I see people with terms and agrement link that provide the terms of use to their site, however the link is usually located at the bottom beside the Privacy. Are terms like that valid when you haven't press an I agree button?
so what do you guys think?
