2. do you optimize on page seo strategies
3. Are you analyzing your competitors backlinks

Think that it will be reasonable for you, OP, to mention paidforumposting.com solutions here - these guys know how to generate much traffic to web sites.
Try to add your important keywords in the meta title tag. Then your website will index for some keywords.
I think in sitemap the indexing are increased by Google we will not do anything for this, but you can use fetch as Google button and fetch your website pages from Google webmasters may be it will help you.
Fetch the website links in google web master tool and also website sitemap..
