Top domain name is like this:www.***.com,etc.??
I didn't mean "can't",just harder to promote.
link exchange,submit to search engines,and get a deep impression of visitors...,all of these kind,I'm afraid,favor more to top domain name like "www.xxx.com"

'Top level domain' is what I think you mean. Why cant you get one though?

No one will really take your site seriously, if you dont take it seriously enough to spend a few dollars on a domain name.

r2d2, I agree 100%. Top level domain names aren't expensive at all these days, only $8-9.

Yea, I only contribute to a lot of sports sites if they have a top level domain. It makes the owner look like he isn't bothered about the site that much.
