MailScanner E-Mail Virus Protection Service

On one of my sites I ask for submitions of articles, videos, reviews, photos, etc. Today I noticed that MailScanner E-Mail Virus Protection Service is automatically removing .avi files from my emails because they are not allowed.

I can't figure out where to change this. I have Norton Anti-Virus 2003 and my mail is coming in through Outlook Express. I looked through Norton but couldn't find any options for it. Does anyone know where these settings would be? Is there anyway an .avi can even be dangerous?

Did you ever figure this out. I am getting a similar message and the Help Desks at the Webservices I use don't seem to know anything about this.
