    Why are IRS forms so complicated?

    The UK Inland Revenue forms are so easy, yet the IRS ones are just too complicated...

    I'm trying to fill in a 'W-8BEN' form (what the?)...

    What the hack is a reference number?

    And what are treaty benifits?

    What's a treaty provision?



    The IRS sucks.

    Incka, being under 16, do you have to follow the rules like no working at the weekend, and no working after dark etc? when working on your sites?

    No, as I am director and majority shareholder of my company those anti-child-working laws don't count.
