Search Engine Submission Script

Just wondering if anyone knows of any good free 'search engine submission scripts'?

Preferably in ASP or javascript.

They aren't needed. You can submit to the 3 or 4 places you need to submit to by hand.

Well its more so for a service I can provide for my clients for added service more than anything else.
