    New to Search engines

I am very new to the search engine submission and I have submitted. I am on some small sites and indexes. My Google rank is very low but I feel that I have added everything via key word that is needed. Any ideas to receive a higher rank on Google? Thank you for any help. My web page is virtualadminonline.com
