Is there a market price for selling impressions? If so how much do sites normally charge for selling 500,000 impressions to advertisers?

I think its something like 2 cents per impression or like $3 for every 1000 impression (by popup's usually)

Depends on your site's subject really. And whether you have popups, pop unders, normal banners etc.

Uniques will matter more heavily than impressions for total possible advertising dollars.
