I've just started using Word Press. It seems to do the job OK, and it even has a setting for SE-friendly URLs.

Just got an Estonian star-trek fan to set up movable type for me... I don't know what password he has set for me yet, I need MSN to find out...

It comes with a generic one. Check the documentation.

I've just started using http://textpattern.com, it's written in PHP and has a very strong templating system ( which unfortunately makes the learning curve a little steeper then something like Wordpress).

Another thing to keep in mind when using Textpattern is that there arn't much people using it yet so it could take a while before you get support when something isn't clear. ( a day in most cases )
