what is important to yahoo and bing

I can find myself on google looking for my top key words, but with bing and yahoo cant find my website as well as google.What does yahoo look for cus I dont want to do good in just google I'd like to do good in yahoo and bing, can anyone give my any advise to do better with the other 2 search engine's

Mostly the same things, just they value them differently.

In my experience Google is actually more apt to value spammy incoming links, while devaluing internal links or links from similar IPs. Microsoft is more likely to value internal links and care less about ip similarity.

Microsoft also seems to cherish the title tag more. But both do.
