lol. How on earth can it possibly predict PR. Maybe they consult cosmic star charts automatically via XML?
They could look at current backlinks in Google, find the PR of each page and the number of links on each of those pages. That could give a reasonable guess.
Yeah, I think that is basically how they do it. But I don't think it's even a reasonable method of predicting PR really. It only takes one good link picked up or dropped somewhere along the line and that could completely change the PR of the page in question.
It didn't work on any PR0 sites for me. 2 sites that are currently PR5 it said would make PR6. Hopefully some vlaue in what it says
