    changing developers

I have a ecommerce website thats is about 90% complete, that some else has built for me. And it looks like their not able to complete this website for me. Can someone tell me what's involved in having someone else to complete and maintain. Its using OScommerce for the shopping cart with MySQL database and I believe they also used Dreamweaver for html. Currently the website is uploaded on a server and accessible.

I think it will be a challenging task for you if they left you at 90 percent to completion. As a programmer, it will be hard to complete what they have started especially if you do not have a track on what you have to do. You can check specific modules which could be missing and build on them. But you are not sure if they did not end a simple loop that they used. Also, coding standards vary and trust me, it will be hard if they did not follow any of them.
