Some help with contact form please

I get a lot of spam recently and I think is from my contact page... how do I encode my email address so that It won't be picked up by spam bots?

If you have a contact form your email address isn't being taken, the bots are just filling in the form.

What I do is simply check all messages for strings like

href
[url

And when found, I don't send the message.

Which gets rid of most comment form spam. You can also expand it to things like "viagra" or "casino"

Thanks, I already found www.formsway.com , so I placed a contact form instead... My email address is not visible anywhere now, so zero spam
