Hey, Im looking to sell my website. I actually have three domain names up for sale.. Two of which I work on, but if your interested you can have the third one too.
The site is a nice site with a good design. http://www.orlandomagicfans.net .. I have added some content, and it has been up for about 5 months now. The CMS is Joomla and is pretty easy to figure out and use. I already added many Joomla add-ons, and the Google adsense is already for the new owner to use. If you replace my code with yours then its good to go, you can also switch the ads on the articles very easy too. The site gets a lot of traffic through yahoo.. were ranked on the 1st page if you search for Orlando magic fans on yahoo and that is our number 1 keyword. With Google adsense I only make about 5 dollars a month from it. I feel like the site can grow a lot if someone has the time to keep adding articles. There is also a lot I want to do with it like add the team’s roster and schedule. The main thing is keeping the site updated with new articles, and I don’t have the time to do it.
We also run a forum with the site, http://www.orlandosforum.com … The forum has nice design with blue, black, and white colors to match the Orlando magic site…. It is a vbulletin license which retails for $195.. It comes with the skin, database, all the members and posts, plus all the hacks I have already added. I talked with vbulletin and you can also add the forum to the domain name at http://www.orlandomagicfans.net/forums if you wanted too it just has to be the same content. Google Adsense is also already added on the forum too so all you have to do it put in your code.

An Orlando Magic Fan would be the best buyer for this website/forum LOL..I live in the Orlando area and I have been too busy with college to continue editing, promoting, and adding content to the site. I really think this can turn out to be a big time success if someone has the time to keep adding fresh articles; I don’t, so I’m trying to sell it all.
