IF you want to pay for traffic your best bet is going to be using PPC advertising.
Services like you mentioned are mostly bogus, untargetted traffic. Chances are they won't even speak english.
Yeh what Chris mentioned is your best bet. If you want to give something like that a try, you could take advantage of Kanoodle's free trial - if they still run it.
Think they give you $5 worth of free clicks.
Don't you just love free internet games ?
