getting a VPS with cPanel - where?

I want to get a VPS with cPanel and it seems if found a suitable one from hostv.com... But the host is completely new for me and I cannot say if theyr are good or bad, however being very attractive by the price. The VPS is the needs of the person who maybe very useful for me in future, and I need to find really decent solution for him, so I am asking you, webmasters, have you ever dealt with the named host? What was the experience? Which are other copmpanies of similar offers?
