The image on the bio page is over 700 KB in filesize. This is too large and slows down the download of the page. I see that the image that you have uploaded is 2288px × 1712px but the browser is scaling it to 485px × 345px. Therefore to optimize download speed, you should use graphics software to scale the dimensions of that photo to 485x345px before uploading and using it in the HTML code.
