    Question What would you do?

What would you do when you are very very very-frustrated?

I would step outside of the building and have a cigarette.

Long walk, now that my bicycle is in pieces, but I don't often get ultra-frustrated. Just medium frustrated, or disappointed about something not going my way, or need to get away and clear my head.

Depends on where I am, really.

A nice blasting of Husker Du is helping me these days; a good walk helps, or a bash-about on the XBox.

depends what it is thats caused it. If its something i'm working on then i'll just continue working until i get over the problem - all night if i have to, i cant sleep if i have a major problem.

other than that i've in the past climbed a tree to watch the sun set - getting closer to nature helps i recon. Martial arts or the gym are always good ones too.

thats it really. if its work related there's no switching off, cant concentrate on anything. if its something else then its all about swimming in high focus work.

This might sound funny but I go into my woods and push down dead trees when I am frustrated.

I lose sleep and stress about it for too long.

Then I will finally step back, take a look at the big picture and just not worry. Go outside, do something enjoyable.

B*tch about it a little for like 15 seconds, or if I'm really REALLY p*ssed then I'll punch a punching bag or lift weights very quickly. Punching the punching bag non stop 3 times a second for a few minutes, then lying on my bed or playing songs requiring strumming actual chords (songs that are basically not rock) or finger picking to get all relaxed does it for me.
