I am going to be inspired by (copy) your idea of allowing members to download some pdf's, hope you don't mind!
One tip I had for ya. I went to have a browse about and see how you did it with VB and realised you have forums only viewable to members. That's cool, but it doesn't show guests what they COULD have if they joined. Wouldn;t it be better to allow guests to view the forum but can only download the content if they are members?
That way you put it in their face, but they have to join to download?
