Backing Up multiple sites? on cpanel?

Im currently running multiple sites of maybe 20 or more sites and im looking for a simple easy way to back them up. They all run on cpanel servers.

What are some of your best practices?

I mainly just backup the databases.

The files I all have on my local machine, so that is one part backup, the files also exist on my local backups, so two parts.

The databases I backup nightly or weekly or monthly depending on how often they change. I use a cronjob to do a mysql dumb, move the SQL files around, and then upload them to remote servers.

So I end up with the database, a local copy on the server if it gets corrupted, and a remote copy if the server is lost.
